The Era of Specialization (2000): Indian Construction Co.

Following the passing of the elder brother, the younger brother carried the vision forward by founding Indian Construction Co. (ICC) in 2000. Under his leadership, the firm became a prestigious Registered Contractor with MHADA. For years, ICC successfully executed landmark projects for MHADA, Indian Railways, and the MES, earning official completion certificates that define our commitment to quality.

The Strategic Evolution (2009 – 2012)

By 2009, the landscape of Mumbai’s real estate shifted as MHADA reconstruction projects underwent significant policy changes. Recognizing the need to adapt to a changing market and the demand for specialized design, the next chapter began.

The Modern Vision (2012 – Present): ArcTech Interior LLP

In 2012, Er. Shakil Ahmed Behlim (son of the younger brother and a DCE and B.Tech Civil Engineer) established ArcTech Interior. Bringing over 20 years of on-site wisdom and a modern engineering perspective, he transitioned the firm into an LLP in 2019.
